Operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week: We are a genuine 24 hours company. After office hours, our Hotlines are linked with one of the most sophisticated Call Centres in the region. Call Centre operators are exponents of Oracle FM, receiving calls and tasking our technicians on duty to ensure that every call is attended promptly to meet KPI’s.
Preventive not just Corrective: We endeavour to ensure that all our Preventive Maintenance is scheduled at least 6 months in advance to ensure that problems are minimized during peak summer periods. This enables us to proactively prevent a breakdown as opposed to just waiting for one to happen and correcting it retroactively. We are progressively deploying Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) techniques to the advantage of many of our Clients.
Single point responsibility for all your needs: In order to provide the Client with the added comfort of dealing with one company for all its building service needs, we provide services including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, security, cleaning, landscaping and swimming pool maintenance. The best FM operators perform all core functions in-house. Only specialist tasks are sub-contracted, such as lift maintenance, fire equipment servicing, pest control and waste management for example.
Client Service at its best: Our Client Service Desk contacts each and every Client after the completion of every service delivery. To ensure that such feedback is acted upon, our Client Service Desk reports directly to top management.
Trained Resources: We are a people-based service organisation. Each operative is carefully recruited and inducted thoroughly into our company. We conduct in-house training programmes. This ensures all employees are aware of latest developments in the facilities management industry and that our customer-oriented service philosophy is a reality, not just a marketing concept.
Purpose-Built Facility: The FM Division’s infrastructure includes a purpose built 160,000 square feet facility in Dubai. The Division also has offices in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. Our large fleet of mobile vehicles are tracked throughout the Emirates through an advanced GPS tracking system. |
