Most of my dealings have been wih Sunayna, Sameer and Sameer's team (Anand, John, Kartik etc.). Each time they have dealt with my problem immediately and thoroughly which is impressive.
The security at the building is far better than when I first moved in over 2 years ago; I am at the gym at 6.30 am everyday and I notice the pool attendant cleaning the pool at that time everyday too so I know the pool is well taken care of (even though I dont use it); the pool, gym, reception and parking staff are very courteous; the building looks clean and overall, everything seems to be running smoothly.
Well done in training and maintaining a good team.
